The dealership personnel were courteous, professional and friendly and bent over backwards to meet our every request and or requirement. They accepted my very first offer after seeing the wholesale price report and even offered ways of saving us money on the vehicle selection and ensured we understood each and every step of the transaction from start to finish. It was by far the most rewarding and satisfying car buying experience I have encountered over my many years of purchasing either new or used vehicles. Buying a 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe, and saving $4000 off of MSRP.
Financing and cash discount were the primary reasons I chose the dealership and the automobile. The Wholesale Price Report gave me the assurance that the vehicle was being sold for an excellent price. The wholesale price report did trigger other questions - and I noted a number of 'clawback fees' like VIN etching that I determined was not 'mandatory', etc. Overall the report helped peace of mind, and led me to scrutinize other fees and add-ons.
