When I "exposed" my CarCostCanada document the Sales and Leasing Consultant (Daniel Filipov)was aware that I had done my homework and that I was serious in my intentions of negotiating a "fair" price for both the dealer and the purchaser. Daniel handled the sale very well(no pressure). The rebate was $2,500.00 more than I expected.

Negotiations were difficult with the sales rep who didn't really have the power to negotiate the pricing of the vehicule. Once I sat down with the sales manager(Tony), negotiations were easy and I left very satisfied.
