Overall, the dealer was excellent to work with once we landed on a purchase price, and the process to pick up the vehicle was very good and efficient. We did not get the full amount we were hoping for on a trade-in value, as they disputed the Kelley Blue Book values as not being anywhere near accurate to the market, which was surprising. We ultimately sold our existing car back to the previous dealer for a vastly better price than they were offering as a trade-in.
