The dealer I purchased from gave me what I wanted on my trade and didn't try to upsell everything they possibly could in contrast to the first dealership. If some of these salespeople listened to a buyer when they requested pricing, it would make the experience much simpler. Jacob was amazing, no sales pressure tactic, and even for winter tires he directed me to a vendor that had better pricing. He answered my questions and listened. I had done plenty of research before buying so within 15 min, I knew I was going to give him the sale.
