The salesperson was quick to respond to any question or concern I had via email. Upon pick up, Mike was very thorough and went over everything on the vehicle. Will definitely utilize Mike's service in the future. Great customer service from the initial email to the time I drove away from the dealership with my new Tucson!!

The dealer has an excellent reputation in our area. We were very pleased with the customer service by all employees at the dealership. The salesman was very helpful, never pushy. We test drove several Hyundai vehicles and were most impressed by the Sante Fe's drive, appearance and included options. We had been contacted by the Sales Manager when he was notified we were Car Cost Canada members and they were prepared to deal with us when we were ready. We negotiated the deal exactly as suggested by Car Cost Canada. This was the easiest new vehicle purchase we ever made.

There are three models of Sonata: GL, GLS, Limited with Nav. We purchased the GLS Sonata model and paid tax inclusive 30,073.82 cash. The total vehicle price without tax was 26,614.00 which included their "discount" which they specified was 1331.20. They told me they were letting me have the vehicle at $500 over dealer price.... Based on the above stated retail price, we saved over $1,000 off the retail price. But, we do not know whether that retail price is for the GL, GLS or Limited with Nav Sonata. We chose Lauria Hyundai based on an ad on the Car Cost Canada site and Car Cost Canada's recommendation. They were efficient and were able to have the vehicle ready to pick up within three days. We were impressed with their response to our telephone query and their price compared with the price and attitude of the Hyundai Kingston and Belleville dealership. In fact, the Belleville dealership did not respond to our telephone query.
