We had a good experience with the general sales manager of the dealership and the sales person who discussed the vehicle with us. But like many dealerships once we agreed to purchase we were corralled into the warranty department under the auspices of “finalizing the paperwork” and then the high pressure sell began to purchase an overpriced extended warranty package. After going through this same routine several times over the decades it was no worse or better than past dealerships.
