Buying a 2024 Honda HR-V, and saving $0 off of MSRP.

Upon learning about the manager's manipulation, and unwillingness to make amends I promptly removed my initial review. His utter lack of integrity has left me feeling quite disillusioned. On November 2, 2023, I entered into my first lease agreement which I was led to believe was best for me with Stephanie Lastoria for $46,669.63. As a single parent, I confided in her that this decision was a significant one for me, as it was the first time I was making such a choice without my husband. Following a grueling double shift on November 3, 2023, I met with Georgie Manthei, the Sales Consultant, who then introduced me to the manager. Before I could fully grasp the situation, he questioned, "Didn't Stephanie Lastoria inform you about the warranty?" Sadly, due to my lack of knowledge and trust, I found myself signing a new lease agreement and was not informed of the increase to $51,345.73. This new agreement included an added feature that I was assured was unnecessary. This distasteful incident has certainly left a sour taste in my mouth.

The salesperson was one recommended by CarCostCanada and the experience was fantastic. Told the agent what car I wanted, the options I was looking at and what price I was willing to pay. Working out deal was fast and easy and no hassle or waiting for approval from the dealership manager etc. as normally occurs. They even dropped car off when it arrived and gave a personal overview of features when dropped by the dealership later to finish some paperwork.

I have the very pleasant experience at the dealer where I don't need to negotiate the car price. The dealer charged $300 dollars above the car cost price for the car. I was able to close my purchase in 2 days time with no hassles.

Choose the vehicle because it had the best features for price between the Honda and Toyota. Dealership was close to where I live and work. Once I told them that I was a member of Carcost Canada, they agreed to give me the deal I wanted - about 3% above Dealer Cost. They agreed so easily that it made me wonder if I could have gone lower or if there were some hidden factory incentives that I had missed.
