The service department of this particular dealership has been recommended to me several times by friends who have purchased Hyundai's over the last several years. I used the wholesale price report to understand what the cost difference was between the retail and the wholesale, and to obtain additional accessories for the vehicle free of cost to me.

We chose this dealer based on proximity; previous dealings with this ownership conglomerate were less than favorable, so we were ready to move on should we have experienced a similar situation to one we found with their Mitsubishi dealership. Ed Peck was an excellent salesman - not pushy, informative and helpful. When the time came to deal and we showed Ed our Car Cost Canada report, he shared the info with his sales manager. His sales manager stopped dickering over price (Ed was able to show us the actual dealer invoice - the Car Cost Canada report had missed the actual Dealer Cost by $1.00 - that's right - a single loonie!). We then began dealing on the accessories we had added and the amount of profit (I had suggested 3% - he wanted over 5%). The vehicle was retailed at $40258 - we wanted an additional $1200 in accessories (command start, towing package) - and we settled on a pre-tax price of $33750 after $5000 in financing incentives and 'public' dealer rebates - an excellent deal in my opinion. Thanks Car Cost Canada! I will be recommending your service to my friends who are looking for vehicles!

I chose this dealer because they were local. I had to phone an Edmonton dealer and put a deposit down on a car there because Regina Hyundai could not give me any idea whatsoever as to when the model I wanted was coming in. When I phoned Regina Hyundai to tell them they suddenly had a car available within 24 hours. The only reason I bought there was so I didn't have to fly to Edmonton to get the car. Regina Hyundai gave me the same deal as the Edmonton dealer did over the phone. Regina Hyundai also sprang those [email protected]#$% documentation fees and such on me at the closing time. I should have remembered to negotiate them out of the price, but it's been 10 years since I bought a new car and I forgot.
